How many bundles of hair is in one pack ?

One bundle per pack. If you choose a quantity of one, there will be only one bundle of hair in the pack. You need 3-5 packs for a complete crochet braiding style.
Where is my order shipped from?

We ship our products from two locations - the UK and the USA.
Where is my order?

When you ordered, you would have received an email containing your tracking information. To check where your order is, click on your tracking number. For international orders, click the 'continue tracking' button just below your tracking number. This will take you to your country's tracking page which will give you more information. Please feel free to contact your country's courier (i.e USPS) quoting your tracking number for more specific information.
Can I swim with this hair?

Sure! Just ensure you lightly cleanse and detangle your hair after your swim.
How do I maintain my hair?

On the back of the pack of your hair, there are hair care instructions. We also have hair care instructions on the actual product page on our website.
Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide!
Can your crochet hair be washed?

Yes, wash with a diluted shampoo and lightly condition with a water based conditioner. Ensure you are keeping the hair detangled!
Can I return my order?

All sales are final. Due to our store closing and all products being heavily discounted as part of a clearance sale, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items. Please double-check your order before placing it. All items are sold as is, and once they're gone, they’re gone! We appreciate your understanding and support as we wrap up this chapter of Trendy Tresses. Remember, we are gone for now, but not for good!
